Let's face it, human beings will be required to operate private, commercial and military aircraft for a long time to come. To a large extent the aircraft "system", regardless of its capabilities or operating environment, will continue to rely largely upon its human component to ensure flight success and safety. By the same token, the human will continue to rely heavily upon the aircraft "system" and a myriad of integrated subsystems and components to provide required life support and other protective equipment to operate the system at peak efficiency. Should the system ever fail, the human will also have to rely on additional personal protective, egress and survival equipment to survive the mishap and post-mishap environment. Unfortunately, significant strides in improving human performance and survivability, safety and mishap prevention are often made at the expense of a mishap, which may involve loss of an aircraft and its human occupant(s). It may also involve collateral damage to building structures and loss of human life (or injury) on the ground. KR Systems, Inc. is dedicated to preventing such tragic loss of life. We want our families, relatives and friends, who love aviation as much as we, to practice their chosen profession, or simply ride as a passenger, knowing that they have been given every tool possible to ensure their health and well being.

KR Systems, Inc. has put together a team of concerned, trained professionals who are proactive, experienced and knowledgeable in aviation safety and mishap investigation, especially as applies to the aircraft system, its operating environment, and human performance and survival.

The KR team is able to provide the following services:

• Safety surveys: evaluation of current personal protective, egress and survival systems, including related training, maintenance, operating and survival procedures;
• Engineering investigations and analyses of life support, egress and survival systems and equipment used or worn during or subsequent to an accident;
• Determination(s) of most probable cause(s) and mechanism(s) of injury or loss of life; and
• Recommendations for improving equipment, systems, and processes to rectify identified deficiencies and preserve valuable human life and material assets.
